Bio

Jewan (pronounced Jeh-wan) first got into electronic music when he discovered Drum N Bass in 1996. After listening to the music and admiring the DJs from the UK and US, he took the next step in 2000 and bought some turntables and a mixer. He later took an interest in the newer sounds of the UK Hardcore resurgence in 2003 and added that to his list of music genres. In 2005, he grew an interest in Gabber Hardcore. Having played many parties in Phoenix since 2001 and even some out of state Jewan has become known for his unique Drum N Bass track selection. Never one to follow the heard, he prefers variety in his sets and always gets the crowd moving.
